Fundraising for The Union of Sierra Leoneans UK and Ireland (UK & I)

Our organization raises funds through a variety of channels to support our mission and the vital services we provide. We organize community events, such as charity walks, cultural festivals, and benefit dinners, which not only generate funds but also raise awareness about our cause. Additionally, we rely on the generosity of individual donors who contribute through one-time donations, monthly giving programs, and legacy gifts.  We also exploring avenues to apply for grants from foundations, government programmes, and other philanthropic organizations dedicated to supporting community initiatives and social causes.  We also aim to engage in online fundraising campaigns, leveraging social media and crowdfunding platforms to reach a broader audience and encourage widespread participation

Social Activity

we raise funding by holding social activity such as Easter Celebrations, Celebration of Black history month

Parties

Members and supporters are invited to regular events such as our Easter disco or year-end Christmas party. Tickets are affordable, and we keep members, non-members, supporters, and donor organisations informed via email.
