At the heart of our mission, we strive to provide support for vulnerable people in our community, ranging from refugees and asylum seekers to homeless people and families. Family Support
USL liaises with local authorities and external charity organisations to help support children and their families when the need arises.
Asylum Seekers
We signpost failed asylum seekers to legal aid solicitors and also contribute petty cash to buy items such as warm clothing, hygiene products, bedding, and food.
Bereavement
We also provide financial help for those who have been bereaved, which we hope will ease the stress of a very emotionally difficult time.
